Jennifer Cope & Barrett Cowles

Jennico was founded in 1995 by Jennifer Cope and her dad Tom. In 2007, Jennifer and Barrett Cowles took on the winter operations of Jennico. A year later, Tom trusted them to take on the summer operations as well. Through the years, Jennifer and Barrett were joined by some amazing individuals who have helped grow Jennico into something new.

This new ‘something’ is about integrity and professionalism.

Jennifer and Barrett both grew up in the Columbia Valley, and love being able to raise their two sons here. It is the greatest place in the world to live, and they are grateful for every day they spend here.

CAPACITY

Brigade operates one of the largest non-municipal snow removal fleets in the Columbia Valley. We have half a dozen plow trucks and skidsteers, and a team of operators and shovellers to keep your property safe even in the worst weather. Our grounds maintenance is performed with two crew trucks fully equipped with all the tools needed to keep your property tidy and healthy.

AUTHENTICITY

We have been operating as Jennico for over 20 years. Our current team has over 85 combined years of experience in snow removal. For our groundskeeping, we bring a variety of experience to the table. Our team includes a professional landscaper, a certified pesticide applicator, a farmer – clearly we can do much more than cut your grass! Brigade is a member of professional industry associations, such as SIMA (Snow and Ice Management Association) to stay on the leading edge of our industries.

It’s all about people. Respectful, equitable relationships are key to our success. We believe in our employees and we expect them to pass this attitude to our clients. Brigade believes that respect begins from the ground up: employer/employee relationships have to be mutually beneficial and built upon trust. EFFICIENCY

Brigade utilizes a combination of computer software, mobile apps, and GPS tracking to efficiently dispatch, track, and verify services of our fleet. We are always looking for the best way to do our job well and be on our way, leaving your property at its best. Brigade is utilizing training programs to help our team be the best, most prepared crew they can be.
